2019 - 2020 Service Automation
Implemented "ProccessMaker" the workflow automation tool, to speed progress across tasks and projects, analyzing team's performance, pinpoint inefficiencies, and to make complicated business processes easier to manage.
2016 - 2018 TE Data ITSM
Created the ITSM team from scratch to ensure the IT Services organization adheres to ITIL best practices which led to increasing the IT services uptime from 86% to 99% in two years.
2013 - 2014 SMS Online Bidding
Developing an automated SMS bidding system in a very short time (10 days) with high quality, the system was used in a high class event with better-than-expected results.
2011 - 2013 5151 IVR&SMS Elections Service
Succeeded to manage 50K concurrent SMS and reply to them in an hour and 3K voice messages (IVR), 90M inquiry as total. The voter sends the message with his national number to 5151, then our system gets his data from the government DB and send it back to the voter at the same moment.
2010 - 2011 RBT Auto Production
Increasing the productivity of the media team from 3 tunes per day to 300 tunes per day in one year (2012) at ARPU+ by developing an in-house tool to automate the production process.
2007 - 2009 NileTelecom System Virtualization
Reducing hardware maintenance costs, increasing the space utilization efficiency, preventing one application from impacting another application by having each application within its own "virtual server", and speeding up server deployment, disaster recovery, and backup processes.
2005 - 2006 Mobilink PayPhones
As one of first team and key player in MENATEL, it was a challenge to create the same business in a different culture "Algeria". It was an honor to create a success story of Smart Card PayPhone in Algeria. As well creating the IT staff from scratch.
2000 - 2005 MENATEL BI System
Developed a VB programs to create routine reports and another one to change the Tariff of calls in 30 Thousands PayPhone within three hours instead of two working days, it was rewarded as “the best idea program” two times (2001 and 2003).
1996 - 1998 TE Billing SYstem
It was a pleasure participating in the big change of the billing system in TE from Manual System to an Automated one.
